      Will my WhatsApp number get banned?+
      No - provided you do it the right way. We follow WhatsApp's own guidance on warm-up, message pacing, and template usage, and we recommend WABA (the official API) for any team sending real outbound volume. The personal WhatsApp Web channel is fine for inbound and reactive sales; we'll tell you honestly which is right for your use case.
      Do we need to be on a specific Bitrix24 plan?+
      Wazzup works with both Bitrix24 Cloud (Basic plan and above) and Bitrix24 On-Premise. Open Channels - the Bitrix24 feature that powers multi-agent routing - is included on Standard and Professional. If you're not sure where you sit, send us your portal URL and we'll tell you in five minutes.
      How long does setup actually take?+
      A simple Launchpad engagement is typically live within 3–5 business days from kickoff, including a training session. Conversion projects average 2 weeks. WABA-based engagements depend on Meta's review timelines - usually 2–4 days for verification, but we manage every step so you're not chasing Facebook support.
      Can we keep using our existing phone number?+
      In most cases, yes. For the standard WhatsApp channel, you can connect any active number that has WhatsApp installed - including business numbers. For WABA, you'll need a number that isn't already registered on WhatsApp Personal/Business app, or we'll help you migrate it. This is one of the first things we check during discovery.
      What does Wazzup cost on top of your fee?+
      Wazzup is billed per channel, per month, with discounts for annual prepayment. Indicative monthly figures sit in the low-to-mid double digits per WhatsApp/Telegram channel; WABA and Instagram are slightly higher. As a certified partner we automatically apply our partner discount and confirm your exact monthly rate during the scoping call. There's also a 3-day free trial built in.
