We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Implementation Specialist to join our expanding global team.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Bitrix24 CRM Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementation projects for our diverse range of clients. As a specialist, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that our clients’ Bitrix24 portals are optimized for maximum efficiency, automation, and growth.
This is a remote, project-based position, ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives on delivering high-quality CRM solutions and automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Initial Setup & Customisation: Configure Bitrix24 Cloud and On-Premise environments, including Lead/Deal pipelines, custom fields, and user access hierarchies.
- Business Process Automation: Design and implement complex automated workflows using Bitrix24 Workflow Designer, Automation Rules, and Triggers.
- Smart Processes: Build and optimise Smart Process Automation (SPA) to support non-standard business entities.
- Integrations: Oversee and implement integrations with third-party tools (Telephony, Xero, ERPs, Payment Gateways) using REST API and Webhooks.
- Data Migration: Manage the secure migration of data from legacy CRM systems into Bitrix24.
- Training & Onboarding: Conduct remote training sessions and create documentation/video tutorials to ensure successful user adoption.
- Consulting: Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients translate their manual business processes into digital Bitrix24 workflows.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Bitrix24 implementation and administration.

Technical Skills: * Deep understanding of CRM Pipelines, Funnels, and CRM Marketing.
- Proficiency in Bitrix24 Workflow Designer and RPA.
- Familiarity with REST API and Webhooks (Self-hosted/On-Premise experience is a major plus).
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Certification: Any CRM-related Certified Specialist status is highly preferred.
